Who we are

This is the official website of REVOLV, a project funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe programme (Grant Agreement No. 101286165). Our URL is: https://www.revolv.bio

REVOLV is carried out by a consortium of three partners: READILY3D SA (project coordinator), UMC Utrecht / Levato Lab, and INsociety (IN SRL).

Data controller

For the purposes of data protection law, the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website is: Readily3D SA — contact@readily3d.com

If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, you can contact us at info@revolv.bio.

What personal data we collect

When you use our website, we may collect the following information:

Enquire form submissions: your name, email address, the topic you select (partnership/collaboration, investment/strategic briefing, policy/ecosystem enquiry, media/press, or other), and any information you provide in the message field.

Automatically collected data: technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through analytics tools (see Cookies below).

We do not knowingly collect any special categories of personal data (e.g. health data, political opinions) through this website.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Consent — when you submit the Enquire form, you consent to us processing your data to respond to your enquiry.

  • Legitimate interest — for basic website analytics, to understand how the site is used and to improve it, where this does not override your rights and freedoms.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Your rights below); this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

How we use your data

We use the data collected to:

Respond to enquiries submitted through the Enquire form and route them to the relevant consortium partner.

Improve our website and communication efforts.

Report aggregated, anonymised engagement statistics to the European Commission as part of our grant reporting obligations. No personal data identifying you is included in these reports.

How long we keep your data

We retain Enquire form submissions for up to 12 months for follow-up purposes. After this period, the data is securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required to pursue a specific opportunity you raised (e.g. an ongoing partnership discussion), in which case we will let you know.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

Consortium partners (READILY3D SA, UMC Utrecht, INsociety), where relevant to responding to your enquiry.

Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider and email service, under data processing agreements.

Public authorities, where required by law.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Cookies

This website may use cookies to improve functionality and gather anonymised analytics data. You can adjust your browser settings to manage or disable cookies. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website directly.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request corrections to your personal data.

  • Request deletion of your personal data.

  • Restrict or object to certain processing of your data.

  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@revolv.bio.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
